If you cannot answer your phone, forwarding your calls means you will not miss anything important. Quickline Talk+ customers can now do this if required and it’s super simple.
Why use call forwarding?
You might be:
- Away from your phone
- In a meeting or busy
- On holiday and want someone else to answer your calls
Forward all calls to another number
- Dial *72, then enter the number you want calls sent to
- To stop forwarding, dial *73
- To check or update this setting, dial *21*
Forward calls only if there is no answer
- Dial *92, then enter the number you want calls sent to if you do not pick up
- To stop this, dial *93
- To check or update this setting, dial *61*
Forward calls to voicemail if there is no answer
If you want calls to go to voicemail when you do not answer:
- Dial *41 to turn voicemail on
If you no longer want this:
- Dial #41 to turn voicemail off
Common Problems and How to Fix Them
- Calls are not forwarding: Make sure you entered the number correctly and remember, you need to be a Quickline Talk+ customer.
- I cannot stop forwarding: Use the correct stop code listed above.
