Is Quickline full fibre?

< 1 min read

We offer two types of broadband connections: Full Fibre and Fixed Wireless Access.

  • Full Fibre uses fibre-optic cables all the way to your home. This delivers much faster, more reliable internet compared to part-fibre services like FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet). FTTC uses copper wires for the last part of the connection, which can slow speeds down, especially if you’re far from the cabinet. With Full Fibre, you get consistent speeds and fewer interruptions, no matter how far you are from the exchange. It’s ideal for streaming, gaming, and homes with many connected devices.
  • Fixed Wireless Access connects your home to the internet using a signal from a nearby mast. This is a great option for areas where installing cables isn’t practical. It provides fast and reliable internet without the need for a fibre connection.
