Are installations subject to a survey?

Yes; we normally do this:

  • In advance for our fibre customers.
  • At the start of your installation for our fixed wireless customers.

Most of our initial surveys are complete before we offer the service to our customers. On the rare occasion this is necessary and we do need someone to be in – don’t worry, we’ll let you know well in advance so we can pick a time and date that suits you.
