Can I use my own router?

We don’t recommend that you use your own router as we’ll be unable to support it or provide any automatic software upgrades that will improve your service.

Using your own router will also make it harder for our technical support team to diagnose or help you fix any connection issues you experience. However, if you do decide to use a router we didn’t supply, please also keep your Quickline router so that, if needed, we can help you connect to it in the event of any issues with your own router.
