1 min read

If you cannot answer your phone, forwarding your calls means you will not miss anything important. Quickline Talk+ customers can now do this if required and it’s super simple.

Why use call forwarding?

You might be:

  • Away from your phone
  • In a meeting or busy
  • On holiday and want someone else to answer your calls

Forward all calls to another number

  • Dial *72, then enter the number you want calls sent to
  • To stop forwarding, dial *73
  • To check or update this setting, dial *21*

Forward calls only if there is no answer

  • Dial *92, then enter the number you want calls sent to if you do not pick up
  • To stop this, dial *93
  • To check or update this setting, dial *61*

Forward calls to voicemail if there is no answer

If you want calls to go to voicemail when you do not answer:

  • Dial *41 to turn voicemail on

If you no longer want this:

  • Dial #41 to turn voicemail off

Common Problems and How to Fix Them

  • Calls are not forwarding: Make sure you entered the number correctly and remember, you need to be a Quickline Talk+ customer.
  • I cannot stop forwarding: Use the correct stop code listed above.
