# How do I forward my calls to another number?

If you cannot answer your phone, forwarding your calls means you will not miss anything important. **Quickline Talk+ customers**can now do this if required and it's super simple.

**Why use call forwarding?**

You might be:

- Away from your phone, at work or our of the house
- In a meeting or busy
- On holiday and want someone else to answer your calls

**Forward all calls to another number**

- Dial ***72**, then enter the number you want calls sent to E.G. ***72**07012345678
- To stop forwarding, dial ***73**
- To check or update this setting, dial ***21***

**Forward calls only if there is no answer**

- Dial ***92**, then enter the number you want calls sent to if you do not pick up E.G. ***92**07012345678
- To stop this, dial ***93**
- To check or update this setting, dial ***61***

**Forward calls to voicemail if there is no answer**

If you want calls to go to voicemail when you do not answer:

- Dial ***41** to turn voicemail on

If you no longer want this:

- Dial **#41** to turn voicemail off

**Common Problems and How to Fix Them**

- **Calls are not forwarding**: Make sure you entered the number correctly and remember, you need to be a **Quickline Talk+**customer.
- **I cannot stop forwarding**: Use the correct stop code listed above.

**Helpful Tips**

- Always test call forwarding after setting it up.
- Write down the codes somewhere safe.
