You need to think about where you want to use your service. Our engineer will ask you about this on the day of installation so we can ensure your router is placed in the best part of your property to achieve coverage where you most need it.
We also need two power sockets for our equipment. (If you have ordered a phone service with us, we will need an additional two sockets for that too.)
We like to play it safe and ensure you’re always connected. Because of this, we recommend you do NOT terminate your existing broadband services until your Quickline engineer has installed and activated your new service and made sure you’re completely satisfied.
