You don’t need to be at home for us to complete any external work to connect up your property. Our engineers will plan to carry out the work around 4-5 days before your scheduled installation appointment and will knock on your door to let you know they’re there. If you’re at home when they’re completing the work, feel free to ask them any questions you have.
