Our standard installation means that we will connect your property using the route that’s been planned and built. If you would like us to look at using a route other than the one planned and built, we would be happy to do this by carrying out a chargeable survey to advise you of the options, and any associated costs.
Please note if a non-standard installation is required, it may not be possible for us to meet the initially agreed installation appointment date. We will advise you if this is the case.
