How do I set up my Voice Portal PIN for Quickline Talk+?

2 min read

Setting up your Voice Portal PIN for use with our Quickline Talk+ service is quick and simple. It helps keep your voicemail messages private and secure.

What is the Voice Portal?

The Voice Portal is your personal voicemail centre.
It is where you can:

  • Listen to any voicemail messages you have received
  • Set up or change your voicemail PIN
  • Manage your voicemail settings, like turning voicemail on or off

The Voice Portal keeps your messages private by using a 6-digit PIN code.
Whenever you need to check your messages or make changes, you will use the Voice Portal to do it.
Think of it as your main hub for everything related to voicemail.

Why you might want to set up a PIN

Your PIN stops other people from listening to your private messages if they pick up your phone.

Setting up your PIN for the first time

  • Dial *62 on your phone
  • Follow the voice instructions to create your 6-digit PIN

This PIN will be needed every time you check your voicemail.

Turning your voicemail on or off

If you want calls to go to voicemail when you do not answer:

  • Dial *41 to turn voicemail on

If you no longer want calls to go to voicemail:

  • Dial #41 to turn voicemail off

Changing your PIN later

  • Dial *62 again
  • Choose option 3 from the menu to update your PIN

If you cannot change your PIN yourself, please contact our support team.
