We’re excited to bring your new Advanced Wireless broadband to life, here’s a rundown of what you can expect on your Advanced Wireless Broadband installation day.
Step 1: Arrival & Setup
Your Quickline engineer will say hello, familiarise themselves with your property and confirm the best locations for your outdoor dish and indoor router.
Step 2: Installation
We install the dish outside, aligning it with the nearest Quickline mast for the strongest signal. We then run a discreet cable through a neat 10mm hole and set up your router indoors.
Step 3: Final checks
Our engineer then secures all cables and conducts some quick tests to ensure your service is working perfectly. During this time they will be happy to answer any questions you might have to ensure you’re good to go.
