The earlier you call, the sooner we can arrange a new appointment date that works for you. If you think you’re going to miss your appointment, and you can’t get someone to be in, it’s no skin off our nose to get that appointment moved.
Missed Appointment Charge: £75
We charge £75 if you miss your appointment and haven’t notified us in advance. We’d much rather reschedule than charge you—our priority is getting you connected.
