What External Work will you do for my Fibre Connection?

We will need to complete some work outside your property to bring our fibre from the end network point (pole, BT chamber or Quickline point of termination) to an external wall of your property. As part of this work, we will leave a coil of fibre cable, ready for your chosen installation date. 

In most cases, the external works will be carried out at your property around 4- 5 days before your chosen installation day. We don’t need you to be at home when we complete this work, but our engineers will knock on your door to let you know they’re there and what they’re doing.  

In some cases, the external work can be intrusive, for example when we need to dig, however we try to choose the least disruptive route to your property and always ensure we restore your garden as close as possible to the way we found it.
