At Quickline, we’re so confident in our network that we offer a “Service Promise”.

Our Service Promise is available on your contract summary outlining the speeds/service we guarantee on your particular package.

If you do not get the service we promise and we can’t fix this within 30 days of you notifying us, you can leave with no penalty.
