If you’re a new fibre customer waiting for your installation you may hear us say you’ll be connected “Overhead”.
Typically, we will follow any existing external route to your property. When connecting “Overhead” we will connect our fibre from the nearest telephone pole, run it to your property and connect using the existing bracket.
There will be no alterations to your property.
