For our Quickline Talk+ customers, listening to your voicemail is easy. You can hear messages you missed when you were busy or away.
Please note some handsets have voicemail built in – in these instances you can keep using your existing voicemail if you want to, instead of activating the Quickline Talk+ voicemail service. For more info on using your own voicemail [Click Here].

Why check your voicemail?
You might have important calls or messages you do not want to miss, like updates from family, friends, or work.
How to access your voicemail
- Dial *62 on your phone
- Follow the voice instructions to hear your messages
Turning your voicemail on or off
If you want your calls to go to voicemail when you do not answer:
- Dial *41 to turn voicemail on
If you want to stop voicemail:
- Dial #41 to turn voicemail off
Helpful Tips
- Try to check your voicemail regularly so you do not miss anything important.
- Make sure voicemail is turned on if you want to collect messages.
