Typically, we will look to follow any existing route to your property and leave a coil of fibre cable at the entry point, ready for your installation day.
We always try to accommodate your preference, but some requests may take it outside of our standard installation and therefore be subject to additional costs. If this is the case, our engineers will discuss this with you and advise you of your options.
