Yes, you can bring your landline number with you to Quickline!
We call this “porting”. We can port (bring) your current telephone number from your existing provider to our Quickline Talk+ service. This process typically takes around 2 weeks, though it can take up to 28 days. There is a one-time fee of £15.
During this time, we’ll keep you updated and will let you know when your number is ready. You can keep using your old service until your landline number is brought across to Quickline. Meanwhile, your Quickline Talk+ service will be available with a temporary landline number.
⚠️ It’s important that you do not cancel your existing service until your phone number is ported to Quickline. If you do, you’ll lose your existing number. We won’t be able to get it back for you.
