If you become aware of damage to any external equipment we’ve installed, such as the fibre, dish, pole or ducting serving your property, please contact us as soon as possible on:

Let us know what has been damaged (such as a pole or dish), and we’ll arrange for it to be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
It’s particularly important that you contact us immediately in case of damaged rooftop equipment that appears unstable or unattached. This includes any other equipment at height, as it may be dangerous. For example damage to poles that causes loose cables can be dangerous too. In these instances we will make this a priority.
