We are rolling out our gigabit-capable broadband into hard-to-reach homes and businesses across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, including thousands of premises that form part of the government’s Project Gigabit programme.
The village of Wroot in North Lincolnshire is one of the places in line to benefit from the programme with a full fibre network soon to be connected.
We hosted an Ask Our Expert event at The Cross Keys pub in the village to give people living locally the opportunity to come and talk to us and find out more about what we are doing and how it will impact them.
James Knott, Network Supervisor at Quickline said: “These events are the perfect way for us to speak directly to the people who are being impacted by the Project Gigabit programme and give them the chance to ask questions and find out more.
“It’s always great to see members of the community and chat to them and hopefully enlighten them as to what our work in their village means to them.”
