In early November a representative from Quickline called at the house to ask a few questions about our current broadband provider. I explained that because we live in an old cottage with very thick walls, we needed routers to get a good service throughout the house and were paying £79 a month. With no hard sell he explained that we could try the broadband for a month for free and, if we were satisfied, Quickline would sort out our exit from EE, paying the Contract Buy Out option, transferring our telephone line including retaining our land line number and giving us the current offer of three months free. We were so impressed by what we heard we signed up immediately.

As promised, a technician rang to inform us that the line was being fixed to the house and the following day someone came to set up the internet. Both technicians were so pleasant and patient, especially as we are pensioners with very little clue about the technical details.

We were immediately impressed with the service throughout the house and did not need an extra device. When our two grandchildren arrived, both with iPads, they logged in as well as my husband and I, again with absolutely no problems.

When our final bill arrived from EE I emailed it to Customer Service, who responded immediately explaining how to claim the money and confirming £260 would be issued via GiftCloud. I later contacted customer service again with a concern and the absolutely lovely lady checked everything for me, confirmed the card had been ordered and even rang me back later in the day to confirm it would be sent to my husband’s email.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Quickline. From start to finish their service has been excellent. Everyone has treated us as valued customers; we are paying far less than we have been and the service is equally good. I have already told neighbours in the village about the advantages of changing to Quickline.
