We are proud to be leading the charge in empowering rural communities with a new zero cost, zero contract broadband offer.
In a bold move to challenge the status quo, we’re flying the flag for residents in rural locations, by offering all new customers three months service for free, with no requirement to sign up to a contract.
The “try before you buy” model is a powerful statement of intent from Quickline, which stands against many broadband providers who force customers in rural areas into lengthy contracts while delivering poor speeds, frequent buffering, and infuriating dropouts.
Rural communities are increasingly being left behind in what has been described as a growing “digital divide” between rural and urban areas.
While many providers saturate urban areas with excessive fibre networks, creating an overcrowded marketplace, rural communities are often neglected and left behind.
Quickline however champions these communities and is now taking a leap to catapult rural users into the broadband fast lane by offering new customers the opportunity to enjoy our service for 90 days without any financial burden or commitment whatsoever.
Our CEO Sean Royce reiterated his belief that no community should endure the torment of sub-standard broadband. He said: “We believe passionately that no one should have to struggle with poor broadband. It’s a lifeline that permeates every aspect of life, encompassing leisure, socialising, and business.
“Instead of forcing customers to lock into a lengthy contract from the get-go, we’re empowering them to make their own decision, on their terms, and in their own time.
“We’re confident customers who take up this offer will be delighted with the service and never look back!”
We’re investing significantly in a hybrid network of fibre and 5G fixed wireless broadband serving rural areas of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire – helping customers in even the most remote of communities to live their best digital life.
And now we are offering new customers 90 days of free broadband, without any conditions or catches. If you love the service, you can sign up for a contract. If you’re not happy, you can leave with no charge or penalty.
If customers want more time to decide, then you can move onto a rolling contract, so you’re not committed to a long-term deal.
Unlike many other providers, who tie customers down with lengthy contracts and deliver poor speeds and reliability, there are no catches or hidden terms and conditions.
Residential customers can benefit from offer which is available on all technologies and packages.
Fibre broadband customers can receive speeds of up to 900Mbps, with fixed wireless customers benefiting from speeds of up to 200Mbps.
Backed by £500m of investment from owner Northleaf Capital Partners, Quickline is one of the UK’s fastest-growing broadband providers. Its coverage area spans North and West Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, and Lincolnshire.
Anne and John Pink are residents of Burton upon Stather, a village five miles north of Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire, and have had their broadband experience transformed by Quickline.
They said: “Our internet access is now fast and reliable. We can do our online shopping in half the time it took before and we can stream films and be on video calls without fear of the embarrassment of it dropping out halfway through.
“With our previous provider we couldn’t watch a film on Netflix or have a Zoom call with anyone without it cutting out or buffering. There were times where it would just stop working completely for a period of time and there was nothing you could do.
“We would say get involved, talk to Quickline and you’ll see for yourself how friendly and professional they are to deal with.”
Sean Royce added: “We’ve seen the positive impact our broadband has had on rural communities which have previously been neglected by major providers.
“We also know from existing customers that having a Quickline service makes a huge difference to their lives. That’s why we’re inviting new customers to experience our service for themselves and enjoy Quickline broadband free for three months, with no conditions or quibbles.
“We’re confident that, after 90 days, they won’t want to live without it!”
