Refer a Friend FAQs

A referrer is anyone who shares their unique Quickline referral link, you do not need to be an existing Quickline customer to take part!

A friend is someone you have recommended to Quickline. For both of you to receive your reward, your friend will need to sign up to a 24-month Quickline home broadband contract using your unique link or QR code.

As many as you like, there is no limit!

Your friend just needs to be a new Quickline customer signing up to a 24-month home broadband contract, and they must be living at a different address from you.

Once your friend’s broadband has been installed and has been live for 21 days, you will both become eligible for your rewards. To make sure you don’t miss it, keep an eye on the email inbox you signed up with.

Please note that rewards must be claimed within 60 days or they will expire.

If you’ve followed these steps and still have not heard from us, don’t worry, just give us a call on 01482 247365 and we will investigate for you.

We will send you an email to let you know. You can also visit here to check your referral dashboard for any pending referrals. If you are visiting on the same device you used to register, your browser may remember your login details.
