Referrer Terms & Conditions

  1. To be eligible for this offer, the referring party (“Referrer”) must be a current Quickline customer. To enrol in the Refer & Reward Scheme (“Referral Program”), the Referrer can use the link to register: Referrer Registration. The invited party (“Invitee”) must be invited to participate in the Referral Program by a Quickline customer, who has enrolled in the Referral Program. Referrers will be provided with a unique referral link (“Referral Link”) which is personal to them. Referrers may share the Referral Link however they choose, with their friends, family members or any other acquaintance subject to the restrictions on Invitees in these terms. Referrers agree that Quickline may share their name with Invitees, so the Invitee is aware of who made the Referral. The Referral Link leads Invitees to a webpage for this Referral Program, where they will be prompted to enter their contact details and agree to be contacted by the Quickline team with a view to becoming a Quickline customer.
  2. For the purposes of this Referral Program, a Referral is defined as: The introduction of an Invitee, by a Referrer using their Referral link, to Quickline, which results in the Invitee entering into a contract for Quickline services. A Referral will only be classed as complete when said service is installed and live (“Completed Referral”). If the Invitee cancels their order, neither the Referrer or the Invitee will not be eligible for a gift card.
  3. For a Completed Referral, the Referrer and Invitee will each receive a £100 gift card (“Gift Card”). The reward will be fulfilled by a third-party company, Giftcloud Limited, (“Giftcloud”).
  4. Once a Referral has been confirmed as a Completed Referral, an email will be sent to both the Referrer and Invitee containing a link to the Giftcloud website with a code to claim their Gift Card. Typically, Quickline will confirm a valid Referral to Giftcloud 30 days after the Invitee’s service goes live. Giftcloud may then take up to 30 days to issue Gift Cards to both Referrers and the Invitees.
  5. All personal information collected and processed by Quickline as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Quickline’s Privacy Policy, available at here. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Quickline shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.
  6. This Referral Program permits Referrers to invite contacts to participate in one or more Referral Program(s). Referrers may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Referral Program.
  7. Referral limits. (i) Quickline may, in its absolute discretion, limit the number of Referrals a Referrer can make. (ii) All Invitees must be new and first-time Quickline customers. Existing Quickline customers can only participate in and benefit from the Referral Program as a Referrer. (iii) You represent all personal information provided is correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of this Referral Program or ask you to confirm your details to verify your identity before issuing rewards.
  8. Restrictions. (i) Quickline may, at its discretion, allow this to be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. (ii) Referrers understand and agree that they must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients and must respect the privacy rights of the people invited to this Referral Program. Referrers participation in the Referral Program must not violate applicable law, including but not limited to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), governing the mass distribution of unsolicited messages (spam). (iii) Referrers must not publish this Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any adult content, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, games and online casinos, political content, or any form of illegal activities. (iv) Referrers must not at any time, invite or refer people they do not know. (v) Referrers must only use this Referral Program for personal use. It cannot be for commercial purposes. (vi) Referrals made to/from the address of which is a holiday home, including but not limited to caravans and/or holiday lodges (“Holiday Homes”) are only applicable where the services being delivered utilises fibre. Referrals made to Holiday Homes that utilise non-fibre products are not valid, and we have the right to cancel and disqualify any Referral that breaks this restriction.
  9. Relationship. (i) Referrers understand and agree that they are only the user of Quickline services and/or products and shall refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with Quickline. (ii) Referrers understand and agree that they are never authorised to legally bind Quickline. (iii) Referrers must never create any materials that contain Quickline branding, trademarks, or (part of) our corporate identity. (iv) By participating in this Referral Program, Referrers must not represent themselves as an agent or intermediary of Quickline.
  10. Violations and Termination. (i) If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of Quickline, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect. (ii) You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
  11. This promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotion code and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  12. Please check the redemption instructions and terms and conditions of your chosen Gift Cards before making your choice.
  13. This referral offer has no fixed end date. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time, but this will not affect referrals already submitted and we will give reasonable notice where possible.
