Quickline have an internal recruitment team. Staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”) will only be engaged in specific circumstances, when we would refer to our PSL. Agencies are hereby specifically directed not to contact Quickline employees or managers directly to present candidates – Quickline’s internal Recruitment Team must present all candidates to hiring managers.
To protect the interests of all parties, Quickline will not accept unsolicited CVs from any source other than directly from a candidate via our ATS. Any unsolicited CVs sent to Quickline, including unsolicited CVs sent to the Quickline careers email address, directly to Quickline employees or managers, will be considered Quickline property and Quickline are free to contact those prospective candidates directly with zero financial repercussions. Quickline will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited CV. Quickline will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited CV to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
Agency must obtain in advance of working on a specific vacancy, written approval from Quickline’s Recruiting Team to submit CVs, and then only, in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement and terms after undergoing our Procurement process. Quickline will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place. All terms will be reviewed before each engagement.
