Broadband Rollout FAQs

You can check when we’re planning to reach your community using our interactive map, but please note that timelines can vary based on location and how the build progresses. To see if your specific address is included, just pop your postcode into the checker. Not every home or business in the rollout areas will be covered, and the build and go-live dates may change.

We’d love to connect every home and business, but building full fibre broadband can be tricky, and not all addresses in the rollout areas will be covered. The best way to find out if your home or business is included is to use the postcode checker. Once the date shown in the rollout plan for your area has passed, the checker will let you know if Quickline services are available at your address.

Full fibre (also known as FTTP – Fibre to the Premises) delivers internet directly to your property using fibre optic cables. It offers much faster and more reliable speeds compared to older copper-based networks.

Our gigabit-capable network supports speeds of up to 1000Mbps, ideal for streaming, gaming, working from home, and smart home devices.

Yes, full fibre offers a significantly more stable and reliable connection because it doesn’t rely on old copper cables that are prone to interference and signal loss.
