Connected Britain is the UK’s leading digital economy event, bringing together innovators, industry leaders, and policy makers from across the connectivity ecosystem. Each year, the awards celebrate the people and projects driving the nation’s digital future and we’re honoured to be recognised among them.
Our nomination stems from the success of Cones and Rural Broadband, commissioned by Quickline and written by author Chris Madeley. This latest book in the much-loved Cones series features animated traffic cones that come to life to explore the world around them. In this story, young readers are introduced to the world of broadband while learning important health and safety messages, helping to inspire the next generation and raise awareness about the importance of connectivity in rural communities.
The winners will be revealed at the Connected Britain Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 24th September at 6:30pm on the Keynote Stage. We’d like to congratulate all the other finalists who are working hard to shape the UK’s connected future.
