New full fibre plans launched for residential broadband range

We have launched a new and simplified residential broadband portfolio, designed to make choosing full fibre faster, clearer and better value for our customers.

From the New Year, Quickline has replaced its current residential broadband packages – Start, Connect, Extra and Complete – with three straightforward, speed-led products:

  • Full Fibre 200 – £24.99
  • Full Fibre 500 – £28.99
  • Full Fibre 1000 – £32.99

As part of the refresh, we’ve retired our 100Mbps product (Start) , focusing instead on higher-capacity services that better reflect how households now use broadband.

The new line-up is designed to remove complexity from the buying journey, making it easier for new customers to understand exactly what they’re getting, while supporting Quickline’s customer acquisition ambitions for 2026.

Hear why simplified broadband matters.

Ben O’Leary, Head of Product and Proposition at Quickline Communications, said: “Too often, broadband packages are wrapped up in confusing names and unnecessary choice. Customers tell us they want clarity, value and performance – so that’s exactly what we’ve delivered. Our new Full Fibre range is simple, speed-led and competitively priced, making it easier than ever for households to choose the service that’s right for them.”

The simplified structure also reflects a shift in customer demand, with increased reliance on high-bandwidth activities such as streaming, remote working and online gaming making entry-level speeds less relevant for many homes.

By aligning product names directly to speed, our aim is to reduce friction in the sales journey, improve conversion across digital and field channels, and strengthen brand trust at the point of purchase.

The new residential broadband packages will form a core part of our customer acquisition strategy in 2026, alongside continued network expansion across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The refreshed price plans are available now to new residential broadband customers.

The pricing changes will not impact residential customers with existing contracts.
