We’ve introduced a new pricing structure and strengthened service level agreement (SLA) for our full fibre broadband business customers, supporting rural enterprises with fast, reliable connectivity backed by dedicated service and priority support.
The new pricing, activated this month, means our business team can better meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring more rural businesses can access high-quality connectivity at the right price.
The move follows two other major developments in Quickline’s business broadband offer – the introduction of a VoIP single analogue line replacement for business customers, and the rollout of a two-working-day SLA that provides reassurance and rapid response when issues arise.
Together, these improvements mark a significant step forward in our mission to support rural businesses with the tools they need to thrive in the digital economy.

Quickline’s business broadband services are supported by a dedicated team, ensuring customers receive the right plan for their changing needs.
Businesses can now choose from speeds of 200Mbps, 500Mbps, and 1000Mbps, all underpinned by full fibre infrastructure and a two-working-day SLA.
They also get a fixed IP address and symmetrical speeds.
