Season of Giving Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Quickline Season of Giving (“Initiative”) is open to individuals and organizations within the Quickline service areas who wish to nominate a Christmas community event or activity for funding. Entries will only be valid if the group/activity is serviceable by Quickline within the areas shown here. Entrants can check if their address is serviceable before entering.

2. Nomination Period:

Nominations will be accepted from 15th November 2023 to 7th December 2023 Late submissions will not be considered.

3. Nomination Process:

To nominate a community event or activity, participants must complete the official nomination form available on the Quickline website or through designated community outreach channels.

4. Selection Criteria:

Nominations will be evaluated based on creativity, impact on the community, alignment with the Christmas theme, and feasibility of the proposed event or activity. Not all submissions will be considered.

5. Funding Allocation:

The funding amount and number of initiatives selected for support will be determined at Quickline’s discretion. The maximum amount that any one initiative can receive is £2000.

6. Notification:

Successful nominations will be notified by email. Details regarding funding disbursement and further collaboration will be discussed with the selected participants.

7. Publicity:

Quickline reserves the right to publicize and promote the selected initiatives through various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and the Quickline website.

8. Funding Usage:

Funds provided by Quickline must be used exclusively for the nominated Christmas community event or activity as outlined in the nomination form. Any deviations from the proposed use require prior approval from Quickline.

9. Accountability:

Selected participants are required to provide Quickline with a summary report detailing the outcomes and impact of the funded event or activity within a month of its completion.

10. General Conditions:

Quickline reserves the right to amend or terminate the Initiative at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Initiative, nominees agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
